The Bluff School celebrated Kindness for the entire month of February. The students brought home a kindness bingo calendar card to do acts of kindness by crossing off an act of kindness; examples are: make someone laugh, say I love you, give a hug, let someone else go first, share a joke, etc. At the end of the kindness month, they may turn in their kindness calendar to earn a special treat. The students also made cards for staff throughout the building, there was a "Red Out" day on Monday, Feb. 14th; most wore red and then celebrated Valentine's Day in their classrooms. The students and staff also participated in "compliment day," giving out random compliments. The final week was spent celebrating Read Across America, Dr. Seus, and Spirit Week.
